Getting your piece to you

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because many of our pieces are engraved or handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the 48 domestic U.S. states.

Returns

If something isn't quite right

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

Because personalized and custom engraved pieces are made especially for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
